La7 spends his time at Evolution Gym in Brooklyn, New York, training for local and national boxing competitions. Fighting on the streets of Brooklyn as a young man, he used the neighborhood gyms as a way to escape the cold, harsh streets. "The past is the past," he says. "I'm looking forward to training and my next bout. I work out and train at least 4 times per week. Working on my weaknesses. Other than that, it's all good."
